Ever watch an owner op take his truck to a TA to get a new alternator installed?

 

I had to buy one at a TA, only place that had it. Has to pay double just for the part no way in hell would I let them install it

 

Once, I had my tractor leveling valve go out. went to a Petro service center to buy one. They had one in stock...for $218!!!!!!! The same brand that they sell at FleetPride for $50.

The clerk brought out his calculator and said, "The best I can do is $168." That's okay, hand.

 

Obviously I get the joke, fry those suckers up lol okay fine I live in Louisiana and I’ve never eaten turtle, I’m not a Cajun, sue meh

 

Well I finally got a signal after leaving that disaster zone, on my way to pick up a load that’s going to Missouri

 

1st reload canceled early yesterday, found another and it canceled when I got to the shipper this morning. Here I sit at my 3rd attempt to get out of Detroit and my clock will be mostly burned by time time I get rolling. This is why I get nervous committing to loads for my week ahead of time.
