Jake brakes Problem

    Does it have a micro switch at the clutch pedal and a micro switch on the Fuel pump ? if it does one of them might have got loose ...

    Do they stay on full tilt like you never switched them off or do they stay on and slowly phase off? If it’s the latter, it’s likely your slave plungers that are hanging up allowing oil to continue to flow to the exhaust valve actuator. These plungers get scored up over time and miles causing them to hang up in the bore. You can remove the snap rings, pull them out and buff them up to fix.

    They just randomly come on and off but it seems to be worse on hot days

    When it cools down at night it seems to not be as bad
