I have an 04 9200i... My blower only works on setting #4. High speed only. I have installed a new blower motor, resistor, air door actuator, and dash panel switch. Still only works on high. I dont know what else it could be..any ideas?

You have 2 blowers under the passenger seat and one more to move air to your sleeper area. All have separate resistors and I found that if one motor is out under the seat that the other will not seem to work although it is moving air around the dead unit on all but high.

Thanks.. I will look into that tomorrow. Although I only saw 1 blower an resistor under passenger seat. I do only have a day cab..But I'll still look into it, only had the truck for a year, so still learning. Thanks again

one is accessed from the center near the rear of the seat box, the other is accessed from a panel at the back of the door side. to access the resistors you remove the seat, then the cover, then the steel lid.
change the cabin filter while you have the box open. -
Pull out your high speed fan relay and inspect it for burnt terminals. Swap it with a another relay and retest.
Tug Toy Thanks this. -
My glove box doesn't have the diagram for what fuse is what as well as the relays. Any idea which one is the relay I need to check? I've tried to Google it, and I'm coming up empty..thanks
