I have been with them 2 years, honeymoon is over. Like a good marriage both parties must give and take and I have found this to be the case with Roehl. I am happy enough that I bought my own truck and leased onto Roehl after nearly 2 years as a company driver.

    WebGal and KIRO23 Thank this.

Right now it is probably reefer. That is what is moving the best and can also haul dry van if it gets slow. In the long run though it probably flatbed because then you can haul anything.

Are they hiring out of Southern Ca.? Also, do they still have a 7 on 7 off schedule? My Wife and I already have income, so I wouldn't mind having a few days off after a week....

I think they only hire teams out of Fontana.

I just had to check in to see how happy everyone is at Roehl. Not much being said lately. I suppose that's a good thing.

Wow, things have changed since I was there a few years ago. I'm curious to see if you are still there twelve months from now. I also doubt very seriously if you get one bonus while at Roehl. Please keep me informed how things are going. You seem to have been given bad information or you believe everything you are told.
    Good luck.

Hey ya'll. I'm lookin to start my truckin career and have done a decent amount of research. And I've decided to look into drivin for Roehl. What all do I need to bring with me to training and what can I expect? I'm lookin for honest answers and not some answer from some ticked off driver lookin for their chance to knock the company. So far I've heard nothin but good things. Not great things, but that's to be expected from any company. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
