Nalco is alot !! Of process That's why drivers get tired of it. People in the office want to take the simplest tasks and add 500 steps to justify their existence and the plant staff, loaders, drivers are the ones who have to shoulder it. Highway T, the cheapness will get old. Slow trucks, extra work for no extra pay, tight load schedules, etc, as mentioned previously they run on a reputation they did have on how the company did treat drivers but most of those are gone now and it's a new mentality over there I wouldn't waste my time but come see for yourself if you want

I have been trucking out of the Chicago area for many years, lots of freight, and I always got paid. Chicago has always been a great trucking area.

I think Magnum has a terminal in Chicago but not 100% on that one

Pretty much everyone is hiring in Chicago now...all LTL companies, intermodal, UPS, Oakley, KAG, Foodliner, Lipari, Mcclane....
