I put up the $2,00 bond for the first year.

I called and asked them if they could remove that requirement thereafter due to my consistent filing and paying of the tax for 4 quarters in a row. They did.

Am I reading this right? You you have to pay $2,000 bucks for the privilege of driving in Oregon if you do it on the regular? That $2000 MIGHT be returned to you after a year of on time payments?

    Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.

Here is a number off of my permit.

Probably won't work due to virus and riots but you could try.

That's my understanding from asking Scooter about this awhile back. I will never be out there regularly, I doubt if going over 5 per year will ever be an issue for me.

Dave, I have about 3-4 folks that will move me to Billings and from there I have steady outbound that I would not be wise to share. Seattle to Billings has been easy to get every time I've been out there.

    D.Tibbitt and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.
