I didnt even look to see what they're predicting, but yea it floods pretty easily in some of those places.

Ironically, this is the week of the 15th anniversary of when Katrina hit.

I hear what you're saying. We live trapped a coon that was eating all the cat's food on the back porch every night, couldn't bring myself to killin it, took it up to the wood lot about 5 miles away and cut it loose. We've had trouble though with coons in the chicken coop, nope that aint happening, I'll kill every one, same with the fox. Live and let live, but kill my livestock, nope he's gone. Don't like doing it, but can't have that going on. Trouble again this year with coons in the sweet corn, we don't plant that much, maybe 1/4 acre or so. Man, they'll completely wipe it out in about two nights if you don't do something. Fenced it in and added two strands of electric, pushing 17k volts, around the outside, no more loss, but I sure would have liked to see their reaction when they grabbed hold of that wire.

No possums up here, too far north & cold I guess, that's ok with me, we have enough varmints around, without them too.

I was that dingo, once. When I got Bert (backhoe) many years ago, I had to move him about 100 miles to get home with a tri-axle 16' bumper pull pintel trailer and my F250. Man, was that a mistake, wasn't sure I was gonna make it, crawled on the back roads all the way home, took forever seemed like. Trailer was about 3100#, Bert weighs about 10,000#. Yup, never did that again, steered real easy though...

One piece at a time and it didn’t cost me a dog gone dime. Oh wait it did. Going on two hours to unload. At least I’m next in line
