    so let me get this crap straight..

    some in the trucking industry want "    autonomous trucks"

    can we really trust the "baby sitter" in those trucks, after reading all the Tesla accidents from these frigging     moronic owners..??

    frankly, i think NOT........

    unless those     autonomous trucks are ON RAILS.....i just will NEVER, EVER trust, the baby sitters that are supposed to be able to take control.


    i feel STRONGLY, that this VERY SAME scenario WILL PLAY out in the industry.

    You can fool lidar sensors and have them 'see' objects that do not exist. Lane keep algorithms can be fooled by altered road markings. Adaptive cruise can be fooled by placing (or projecting) false signage.

    Self driving fleets will be ripe for sabotage.
