I would point out that I have repeatedly said that the Kenosha PD needs to enact the reforms advocated by the Heritage Foundation - a hotbed of liberalism if there ever was one.

Likely due to what happens in Chicago all day. Guy shot next to someone in a drive by. But the person right next to them can't "remember" what kind or color of car. Or anything else. It's blue amnesia. Can't remember anything when cops want a witness to an actual crime.
