The end of where a hydraulic whatever stops moving because she just don't go no more - hit the stops, cylinder is completely closed or open. I'm not always good with proper or common terms since I'm just a redneck that's found out a lot of "what-not-to-do's", just drilled in my head from an early age from dad to never rely on hydraulics to keep something from moving.Ruthless, Brettj3876, D.Tibbitt and 5 others Thank this.

Yup.
For towing.
Not for downforce.cke, FerrissWheel, Nostalgic and 1 other person Thank this. -
From the label,
Don't hook to it but go thru it.
There should be a second hole or it should be open on 1 side.cke, FerrissWheel, farmerjohn64 and 2 others Thank this. -
I'm not sure why the 1 chain, 2 binders is such a sticking point for so many people, but you're not alone in the fact that most are incorrect.
Here's an example of one I just did:
Humvee's make it easy with the labeled d rings right out there in your face, but the concept is the same for anything you can run a chain through. Slack should always be in the middle. Look at your chain and imagine taking bolt cutters to the middle of it - will both sides still be tight?Ruthless, JonJon78, farmerjohn64 and 5 others Thank this. -
Better then my crappy drawing.

How about a couple off handstraps on that top bundle on the first pack?
Just around that bundle, not secured to the trailer.D.Tibbitt, FerrissWheel, PoleCrusher and 1 other person Thank this. -
Makes sense. I know I've added 2" straps to a few loads mid travels after I had a chance to think about what could go wrong. You can also drive yourself crazy with what-ifs too. I mean how many loads could go sideways if one of our straps broke?farmerjohn64, Tug Toy, D.Tibbitt and 6 others Thank this.
