For those of you who have gone through Prime training, what advice would you have? Just good advice regarding paperwork, contracts, can you choose your trainer, what to document while training, etc.
I'd appreciate any words of wisdom you might have.

What’s that other company that does Prime, Wil-trans?
I’d check them -
@Farmerbob1 might be a good resource

You seem to be implying that Prime isn't a good idea.???Wasted Thyme Thanks this.

Prime had a lot of Mickey Mouse rules, non compete agreements and such
SC-joe and Wasted Thyme Thank this. -
I have never worked for Prime. My understanding is that they are in the middle of the pack in terms of driver happiness, for megacarriers.Team818 Thanks this.

Dont let them talk you into a Fleece Purchase Agreement...
Team818, Jarhed1964, Farmerbob1 and 3 others Thank this. -
Prime won't let a new driver sign a lease purchase, only a lease contract, which is basically a company driver with a lease payment. You have to complete a lease before you can sign a lease purchase agreement.Team818, SC-joe and Farmerbob1 Thank this.

Prime drivers aren't very active here anymore. If you want to connect with other Prime drivers via social media go to facebook groups and YouTube.
SC-joe Thanks this.
