Baked spaghetti

 

I've never had them, or eaten them. But from the sounds of it, either way, they're a hell of a lot of trouble.

 

Like king crab legs. Lot of work for tiny pieces of average meat. Give me a Ribeye.

This is what we do with leftover smoked chicken breast...

 

I guess I did try them once then - I run out of patience chasing the little bits of meat and felt like I wasted too much of it. Don't they fry the softshells? I wouldn't mind trying them, but I'll stick to snow crab and crawfish in my bakes.

 

Im convinced that every ghetto in america has a city/town/street named antioch

Tonight I'm enjoying a beautiful evening in Southern Utah. I'm returning to OTR after nearly a year of exile as a local driver. I've been writing lengthy posts on my journey back on the social talk forum. It's a gorgeous twilight in Beaver Utah. I'm at the Flying j, for many years one of my favorite stops. I haven't been here in nearly two years but glad to see it hasn't changed much. I had a good shower and something great to eat. I am so happy that the Mexican food stand in the store is still there. My meal was simple but scrumptious. A few hard tacos and Spanish rice just like my dear mother used to fix. On the way back to the truck I sat outside for a while. The sun was already down and the stars beginning to appear in the cloudless sky.

l Iove the open road and I'm thrilled to be back.
