Well what you seen on that plate was good and tender, then I went to try just another piece of meat later and it was a little on the “chewy” side haha fingers crossed I don’t have to concede that @jamespmack was right about not cutting it up; I should’ve know better though, just looked so dang good compared to everything else they had, in retrospect I think it was lacking in fat content to do it like I did

If you can hunt down @Ruthless, he might be willing to lend a hand.

Okay good because that was a little awkward rofl I’m gonna say 13’6 because my load isn’t taller than the tractor but honestly I’m not sure how tall my truck is, it has a lower profile than most other trucks

Refer to your truckers atlas for clearance. FYI. I always measure my loads. Just in case. Pull over if you have to call dispatch if you can’t figure it out. That’s what they are there for. Measure your height and set your gps to those dimensions.

If you're not oversize, NYS thruway (I-87) south, cross the tappan zee bridge (I-287 & 87 run together), then not far after the bridge it splits, take 87S to I-95N (cross bronx expressway) to I-295 cross the throgs neck bridge, then take I-495 (Long Island Expressway) onto LI to Brentwood. An alternative way to avoid the bronx would be to stay on 287 after crossing the TZB, then take 95S to 295 to 495 onto LI...
