If your blood pressure is really 258/123, what you do now is have a stroke and die lol

If his blood pressure was that high, I am surprised he lived long enough to travel from the doctor's office to his computer to type the OP.

One would think with those supposed numbers, any doctor you called would've fit you in as an emergency. Doctors do it for other things, dentists to.

As others have said, those numbers *if* true, your in bad territory. If the numbers are false you need to change your thread title, or say so in the OP. Like the other guy, I'm tossing you into the category with the guy who thought it'd be grand to troll the forum over a meth pipe in his truck.

If your being truthful, I wish you luck. As others mentioned you need to get this fixed. Not really something you should just put off, unless you want to be in the next group of statistics.

If your lying/trolling/etc....well your an idiot. ;)

An we all need money to live, but if your dead...the money isn't going to help you.

Mine was spiking up into the 160/108 range. It was caused by sodium building up in my system and I was unaware I was dehydrated. Easy to get dehydrated when you drive all day and don’t want to or can’t stop for breaks all the time. So I changed my diet up a bit, loaded up on fresh fruits veggies and would slam down water about 45 minutes before I’d stop for my thirty or for the day. After about three days of this my BP came down to like 115/65 when I’m relaxed.

Hey everyone. Sorry for the delay. I'm currently at the Emory Hospital. After having my blood pressure checked at the pharmacy with their automated blood pressure monitor, I went ahead to the emergency room where they confirmed that the high reading is accurate and they would not let me leave.

After running a blood test and a few other tests, it's been determined that I have a blood clot.

Right now I am on blood pressure medication to make sure that my levels get down just enough so they can perform surgery.

The doctors are saying that if I would have waited just one more month, I would have had serious problems.

I'm just extremely thankful that I caught it in time and have insurance seeing as I opted out of it last year.

    Will keep you guys updated.

Where did they say the clot is located?
