Looking for a company that helps provide drivers for your truck

I already have a couple trucks leased to a company in florida that does the work providing drivers, and they currently charge 25% of the gross (which covers all fees and insurance and plates). The truck grosses between 5 and 6 thousand per week, which nets me about $1200 to $1800 per week after all expenses (including fuel and driver pay). I am looking to expand my fleet but maybe find another company to see if there is any better out there. I have already tried hiring drivers myself and dealing with payroll, workers comp, etc, etc. but it's nothing but a headache. If someone quits then the company I'm leased to has a new driver that same week to take over, so it's quite nice.

So I was wondering: does anyone know of companies like this that are looking for owner operators that will also provide drivers? Thanks for the help
