    I’m asking this for a friend. 2012 peterbilt 386 MX13

    Guy is on top of his maintenance but for some reason has power issue. wouldn’t pull a sausage off the table. Runs great on flats little hill engine bogs down.

    Truck is running weekly south Florida to NYC with plants so no heavy freight. No codes

    I had one in my 13 t660 It was also gutless they were set to 455 or 48( that’s it.
    Overheads were sensitive, back pressure valve attached to turbo were common issue, if emissions service not done every 200k that will also cause issues, boost psi sensor on left. (Drivers side) towards the front are known to plug with carbon. Air to Air needs to be psi tested. Good luck. I put a little over a million miles on mine was a good engine other wise
