1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

    Hi,
I have been driving for over 10 years, have over a million safe miles and have been an owner operator for most of the time out here. My business model is a little different, I hire people then after 3 years, I put them in a new truck and teach them how to be an owner operator. IF you don't want to be an O/O that's fine you can keep driving for me. Lease purchase is a joke, by the time you pay off the truck its worn out and you have to buy a new one.
You should only buy new and with 7yr 750,000 mile warranty on everything you can. I have contracts and room for 30 more solo drivers and 20 teams. this is 1099 position so you have to get an LLC.
I prefer drivers to stay out at least 3 weeks minimum because the trucks cost 160k and trailers 50k.

must have 2 years minimum experience.
Solo drivers gross 7k to 10k a week with 8k being average so after all expenses your cut is on average 2k
Teams average 15k a week, My personal best week was 19,980 gross. teams on average make 2500 each

but what if i just wanted to stay 1099 and work for you. not do 1099 LLC and O/O stuff. you could still deposit money into my bank account. all you need is account and wire numbers
