This is the 3rd or 4th truck I've had with the same truck stereo. It shows up when making a Bluetooth connection to my phone as DEA500. However, this is the first one to have the radio mute itself, a feature called Reverse Mute, while backing up. Anyone know how to disable that feature? I have looked at several online PDF manuals for this radio and none of them do more than mention or describe the "feature".

Sounds like a good idea.

Because when I shift out of reverse it starts my bluetooth audio playing. When I'm backing into very tight spaces and it takes multiple forward & reverses it causes me to manage my phone as much as drive the truck.Walk Among Us, RockinChair, daf105paccar and 1 other person Thank this.
