I start with Millis on 9/8. I came off the road in 2000 and just retired from the VA. I wanted to know about the miles, because I really need to stay out on the road (away from my wife).
Does Millis get you the miles?

You can stay on the road for as long as you want. Miles are usually good other than a few off weeks here and there. Holiday weekends and major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving etc...are usually slow.

I had an easy week this week. Lots of down time, short days, yet still hit 2700 miles and my target bonus. The miles are usually there.

I’m starting in burleson on Monday
what are the odds I’ll make TX regional after training?
-
If you want regional that shouldn't be a problem. There's no set time after school and training to be able to go regional. Your trainer will ask you if you're going OTR or Regional and will put you in contact with the right person before testing out of your truck.jafrazier83 Thanks this.

Does anyone know the hiring area for Millis? I live in the Southwest.
-
Southwest as in Arizona, New Mexico etc....? You can call them to verify but about 99.9% sure they do not hire in that area.
-
Yeah, I thought they don't hire down this way. But I'll give them a call in the morning. Thanks.
-
Colorado is in their hiring area.
