Thanks to you all, I got it handled, will be taking the drive test Tuesday. Spent half the day today driving with instructor, feels I'm ready to take the test.

You may want to consult with the instructor (who knows how it goes with the road-test examiners in your State), when making a left turn on green light and having oncoming traffic, if they want you to enter the intersection or stay behind the white line.

When I was taking my CDL road test in Phoenix AZ, instructors instructed me to enter the intersection, they said otherwise I would not be able to make a left turn with busy traffic in Phoenix. When I was doing pre-employment road tests with some of the companies I worked for later, some instructors (East Coast) told me I should not enter the intersection on green light to make a left turn if there is oncoming traffic.
