Its on I80 in Morris IL exit 112 I believe.

 

Yep when you get off the exit go north to the light and turn right into drive.

 

if your ever in morris, il around the second weekend in october be sure to check out the hunnert car pile up. totally worth it.

 

I have been going there for years. I would set up my trips to park there when able.
Food is good and the staff is friendly.
Only complaint I heard from the waitstaff after it became a TA was that the tips went down, due to some drivers tipping like it was a TA.
Remember guys and gals. 15% is old news. If your service is good 20% is more common. I want those waitresses to stay there, many have been there for years.
Whenever I would have a load going to Chicago I would stop there for the night. No other TS in the area has the parking and amenity's that they have there.
It use to be very easy to find parking there any time of day. Though swift bobtails would fill the lot some days, though most that came there allot would double up there trucks in spots to conserve space.
Parking is harder to get there now that it is a TA. Since more large company's will allow fueling there now.
It is still in my top 5 favorite truck stops in the country.

 

the building is in need of a makeover but the resturant is awesome i too stop there everytime im in the chicago area. last tim i was there the girls gone wild bus was parked next to me i thought that was pretty cool

 

That is just an overall good truckstop if you ask me. Great place to eat,parking is good if you get there before it fills up. Lots of room to get out and walk for some leg strecthing or exercise and there are some other decent places across the road to eat and or get a drink on your time off. Good place to go.Whenever I would have to pickup or deliver in Minooka i would always make sure I had my trip planned to pop in there instead of trying to get down the road to that ridiculous pilot.

 

Try the homemade chicken pot pie it is the BEST

 

I have stopped here for many years. Great food. If you go past the fuel desk there is a TV room showers and rest rooms. Always have been super clean when I have stopped there. How is it that a place like this can do it right all these years and others never seem to get it ever.

 

I always loved stopping there when i got thru there. I miss the good food, and awsome service. Hope to get thru again soon.
