Judi you know danged well that makes too much sense. The tropper hates truckers and gets stuck with 1 he is going to be telling the trucker how to drive and how it's his fault that car cut him off he should have been backing off despite the fact he's in granny low. What they need to do is make everyone capable of writing us tickets should have to spend at least 1 month driving solo.

I wasn't saying they are all bad lv, I was just saying that for alot of them they are no different than your average 4 wheeler when it comes to trucks, they simply have no true understanding of what it is we are required to do, and how it has to be done. I have only ran into a few troopers etc out here since I started that were less that professional and courteous so I like to think the majority are alright, but like with truckers a few bad apples make us all look bad.

I have not had any serious problems with inspectors. Most in TX have been trained to know what they are looking at and treat drivers with respect. Plus I work hard to make sure my stuff is neat and in good working order. You have chains on the deck, 4 byes stuffed where ever, and trash blowing out the door when stopped and more than likely you are going to get a real good going over. CO seem to be the most intense of the ones I have dealt with. NM has caught me on a couple of little things and let it go.
