Some. I have no idea how many.

I road tested in a 13 speed.

My assigned tractor has a 9 speed with a 15 liter. When I first saw that, I honestly was disappointed, and a bit worried, but after taking it on one run, I'm impressed. That 15 liter works nicely with the 9.

I have no idea what percentage of the fleet's manuals are 9, 13, or even anything else. No idea.

Totally false... Everything is driven by costs.. and automatics save money is several areas.. that and the general aptitude for drivers as well as humans are at an all time low.
