I agree with small package.
scrap.
it’s not worth it.
In ontario, if I remember right, it’s a $100,000 fine if a wheel ever comes off to whoever last put it on.

Just learnt something new. Thanks drivers.

I could see that being dragged out in court for a long time. Kinda hard to pin that on a mechanic or tire guy if a tire comes off 2 months after they last touched it. Who knows what the owner/driver has monkeyed with in that space of time.Dino soar, Shawn2130, User666 and 1 other person Thank this.

Make sure it's on the inside.
User666 Thanks this. -
That is true.

Maybe the statute of limitations should be 30 days or 500 miles whichever comes first.( at least in the 4 wheeler market) maybe 1500 miles for heavy trucks. A service invoice with accurate mileage would be a must. Might get to the point where a date stamped photo needs to be taken to proove service rendered properly. Who knows.
They are always gonna try to go after the last one they can “proove” who touched itfeldsforever and Shawn2130 Thank this. -
That’s the bad part. The last person they can prove that took that wheel off.
“He did it!”
“No!, the driver did it!”
“A ghost of Halloween past did it!”
