Think publix hires from inside only....similar to a UPS type structure

 

That’s because they don’t. My wife’s extended family member is a big shot for Publix and when I asked about it he said Publix would rather put a warehouse worker through school than hire someone off the streets to be in their trucks. Wanna pull for Publix? Gotta get into Ruan on their dedicated account for them. Which isn’t permanent because Publix is only using them to help scale their expansion to an additional distribution warehouse, or start from the bottom in the warehouse.

When did you get your year of experience? From what you've said in previous threads, your first driving job was in Feburary of this year with Pepsi, and it only lasted a few weeks. Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

I only ask because it makes a huge difference. You can't exaggerate that type of thing with a CDL job, since employers are legally required to verify your previous dates of employment.
