Maybe me calling out my employer would make them realize how ( ) they have been towards an employee that has been with them for a year and half without saying a word before finally losing my cool. So before you insult people on a forum that is supposed to be positive and give others advice, maybe you should check yourself before spitting out some bs and look yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if you’re being treated fairly at your job. Some of us aren’t scared of daddy and let people know that they’re being treated unfairly instead of hiding with their tail between their legs.

So they tell me the truck I’m in is only supposed to be temporary and put a driver in my original that has my belongings in it?

actually, you left out many, many details. and you expect us to know exactly what went on?

yup......and if he does NOT find the same things wrong as you did.........they'll keep him out there for as long as HE WANTS..!!

Nah, I asked a simple question about if there was anything I could do legally. You assumed without knowing the facts, you just said it yourself.

Quit, company wont change due to driver complaints.
I did play the game with one company who got annoyed when I took a week off after being out 12 days. They tried starving me,,good luck, when they finally phoned with a load I told them I’m gone fishing for weekend, try me next week. They finally came around and agreed to get me home every weekend no exceptions....stayed there 3 years.
EXPERIENCED DRIVERS. We are holding all the aces and can set reasonable demands.

Well they pretty much threatened me with fewer loads/miles which is exactly what’s happening. And if I just leave the truck, that’s a really bad look for me.

You told them that you could/would not do the loads that they were giving you... You are now magically able to complete the loads that they are giving you.. sounds like they honored your request.
