It’s a pre-ELD glider so that will bring some sort of premium. Depending on condition $40-50k is probably fairly reasonable considering what 2-3 year old gliders are bringing, and a new Coronado glider is roughly $165k.
Was it a powered glider from the factory with a reman or crate engine? Or was it a rolling glider that someone put an overhauled engine in?jsnell, Brettj3876, tommymonza and 2 others Thank this. -
Not to derail the OP, and maybe good info that is relevant to his situation : What is the market like for used trucks compared to this time last year, pre covid?
I remember two years ago you could not find a good deal for love or money.snowwy Thanks this. -
When I worked for URSA we were driving Freightliners loaded with miles. Last Freighliner I was in lost a rod bearing going over Mounteagle at 980,000. Then we were back in Volvos with over a million miles and going strong.86scotty Thanks this.

With this Covid and people out of work cash is king. There are plenty of deals around. Look on Facebook even.
ibcalm19 Thanks this. -
COVID has nothing to do with cash being king. Cash has always been king and always will be king.
If you are out of work today it’s because you are lazy, don’t want to work and relying too much on the rest of us that do work to pay for you not to work.Brettj3876, NorthEastTrucker, AModelCat and 1 other person Thank this. -
Was the engine done by Fitzgerald or Detroit....?
That’s the real question......jsnell, AModelCat, tommymonza and 1 other person Thank this. -
What planet are you living on? Cash is only king when you can't get loans, and when you are out of work that's the situation. You aren't paying anything. Unemployment insurance that is paid into covers that. You can't get unemployment unless you worked the previous year. Unemployment is historically high, and while there are jobs, they are not really good jobs becasue they don't have to be. Read up.

No sir....cash is ALWAYS king.
Go for a drive around your town and look at the “now hiring” signs. They are everywhere.
Our society has turned into one that no longer values a work ethic and believe that we all should start at a VP level with a corner office.
Sounds like you should read up on unemployment levels....www.bls.gov/web/laus/laumstrk.htm
At the very least stop watching so much TVjamespmack Thanks this. -
I am a CDL driver. McDonalds isn't my idea of working. You are really stereotyping. Why would cash always be king? Do you understand economics? Most places had rather you FINANCE than pay cash. They make more money that way. But when people are out of work and can't find jobs cash is a huge deal. You do realize they just passed another round of help to keep people from being evicted? Are you oblivious to our current situation? So according to you if you lost your trucking job you would take just any job that had an opening? That about right?
