    Just a heads up.P&S transport is now training drivers outta driving school with 0 experience.Now I'm practicing social distancing by staying far away from them and Melton.This is scary.3 week program.

    Just recently.Spoke with a trainer.I recall when flatbed training was 2 months minimum.Wth

    Ugh, it's getting so you don't want to be on the road around any other drivers anymore. It's like parking at a truckstop. You avoid parking next to Swift, Werner, Melton...and now...PnS. Driving, same thing with the addition of FedWrex and anyone pulling an Amazon trailer.

    Several years ago, early 00’s you had to have Flatbed experience. Think it was 3 year minimum.
    Then they changed that to just 3 years as CMV driver.
    They found out that they would need to do load securement training. So this does not surprise me.

    This isn't gonna end well.A P&S driver lost 4 coils not too long ago in Dallas TEXAS..he had 8 straps securing them.Luckily no one died.

    I couldn’t find a story about the driver that lost the coils in Dallas. You can legally secure 4 shotgun or suicide coils with 8 straps.

    It happened .I was working there at the time.Also a guy lost coils on I 65 in Alabama.Same deal...improper securement.New hire didn't have a clue.
