Millis update

Just called the recruiter, they definately want you to attend their school. Right now I can't take 3 weeks of school after doing 2 months of school here in Tennessee. I start school 10/15/09.

I guess if I want to run for them I'll have to wait a year.

 

so you're starting millis 10/15? or somewhere else? Kinda odd to start on a Thursday

 

I am starting at Tennessee Tech in Nashville. $1400 and the government is paying for it. I don't graduate 'til December 15th or 16th.

5 days a week, 6:45am-2:30pm.

 

Oh that's cool.. i'm starting Millis on Monday the 19th.. I thought maybe you had the date messed up and I'd see ya there hehe.. Well good luck!

 

I won't be there. I am up frying bacon now for my first day at school.

It was good. I wish I didn't wake up at 3:30 and couldn't go back to sleep!

Tomorrow we have the ex head dude from TDOT vehicle enforcement coming in for a defensive driving class. He is now some type of advisor to the big rig insurance companies.

Suppossed to have lots of gory pics.

Just wonderin if you ever get to stop at the house for a bit when under a load, (considering its a lot of beer loads) ?

Another thought, what are the lengths of runs at Millis? Do y'all get any 1000 m runs, or is it all short hops here n there?
