Need advice about a company not paying me.

i agree. i just thk the driver is wasting time and air trying to get them to payout

 

Park the truck In their yard and if you are even a half decent driver with a clean record you should have a new job within 48 hours of parking that one

 

Those cameras dont do jack most of the time. I watched a Maverick driver beat the snot out of a jerkoff that cut him off in the fuel Island and then proceeded to be a complete #### talking ahole about it. Cops got called and cameras didn't even work. And this was at a Loves.

 

To the OP, wish I had something to offer that hasn't been mentioned already.
Anything I come up with involves violence in one form or another. In the late '80's I threatened to drive the truck through their office. I got paid! Times have changed. They would be calling the cops and I would be cuffed before I could get out the door, nowadays.

On another thread you mentioned you crashed a truck 8 months ago...

Can you give us details as to what happened?

-location
-time of day
-nature of crash (serious or not)
-injuries
-driving under duress*
-etc...

Knowing that info we can better advise you of your rights and what company might hire you.

I put an asterisk by duress. Maybe some of you don't know what that means. I suggest you look it up.

If you were dispatched under duress or forced to drive illegal that caused you to crash, you probably have some recourse and may be able to get money.

There was a trucker who I posted about that got $80 million. He was forced to drive illegal and crashed. A couple Prime drivers took a case up to the Supreme Court. So don't let anyone say it can't be done.

Plus you are a woman- any judge in their right mind will side with you esp that it seems like you are homeless and without money.

See what other ideas you can come up with and let us know how it goes.
