I'm looking for help to determine an engine vibration from page 6.

Attached is a DVA report for my 06 Intl 9400i VIN:6C201618, C13 KCB nondpf, RTLO18913A, 3.36, 1850 Easy Pedal, no PTO, 1,106,320 miles on chassis at the time of the test (30 Oct 20). I tried attaching my maintenance spreadsheet to this post but I don't know how to change its extension name.
I've included entries from my spreadsheet that I thought might be pertinent.

    06/18/13 702873, 18561 hrs, C13 Platinum Overhaul
11/20/13 739474 Replaced rt front cab mount and both front cab bushings
03/03/16 866537 Replaced speedo sensor, clutch brake, pilot bearing, shorten drive shaft, new trans
synthetic oil, Easy pedal 1860 clutch (208925-20) / Reman RTLO18913A (changed trans
    from FRO15210C)
10/31/18 1075039 New steer tires – Sumitomo ST788SE, new steer box, new drive tires – Mich XDA Energy
    12/12/18 1075039 Water pump
12/28/18 1075059, 24999 hrs, Replaced steering column in cab, tie rod ends, rear suspension bushings, all
eng mounts, rebuilt 5th wheel, left front air bag
01/09/19 1075083 Replaced cab air bags and shocks, rebuilt air dryer, steer axle springs and U bolts
09/30/19 1077981 Vibratech crank damper, wheel balancers on steer axle, rebuilt main driveshaft
03/15/20 1089107 Installed driveshaft balancers from Balance Masters
06/23/20 1099715 3 axle alignment- Chad Hohn / MD Alignment
    2 Updates:
    1. Two weeks ago I had the steers tires balanced, took a total of 10 oz for both tires (5 oz apiece).
    2. Last week I had the main driveshaft (2 Shafts) redone again at a different shop. Below were my findings:
    a. The shop that rebuilt both shafts in 2019 balanced them as one unit. Both shafts were heavily balanced when checked individually.
    b. I assume that that shop did not straighten the shafts, only balanced them.
    c. Just an FYI: the Balance Masters driveshaft balancer 'balanced' out 4 grams. I removed it.
    d. Both shafts were straightened to 0.005" or better and balanced individually. The yokes on one shaft were 3 degrees apart, it is now 1.4 degress apart. The other shaft is 2 degrees apart.

When you replaced the engine/ cab mounts did you install rubber ones or poly ones? The harder poly mounts lead to increased engine vibration felt in the cab. Factory rubber ones are the way to go

    They are rubber.

Do you know what component on the engine is driven at a 0.874 drive ratio (i.e. 1.144 times the engine speed)? Do you know if the air compressor needs to be 'timed' on a C13?

The only thing running faster then the crank would possibly be fuel pump/ power steering pump. Air compressor should be closer to the speed of the crank.
Air compressor does not need to be timed. Any noise to go with the engine vibration? Does it happen at idle or just under load?

Also the new duratune steady bearings work wonder for driveshaft vibrations. They are a stiffer rubber then normal, with more slots cut in them to act like a softer rubber. Most dealers should only stock duratunes now and not the older style. The Spicer® Dura-Tune® Line of Self-Aligning Center Bearings - Driveshaft | Spicer Parts

Also that is the worst DVA report I have seen yet for the amount of things going on. Usually there is a max of 2 separate items causing vibrations.

You also should be able to remove the air compressor and power steering pump and just cover the holes if you can re-create the problem at idle to help narrow it down. Cap off the oil feed to the air compressor if it is removed though.

There is no unusual noise. There has always been a vibration at idle. The new crank damper didnt seem to change much. Is there a way to test a crank damper?

My mechanic had already installed the duratune carrier bearing before the DVA test.

This thing is a hot mess I guess.

    Thanks again for the help.
