How and when to drink alcohol?

i look at it as comedy more than drama, and im no expert by any means but i believe low blood sugar can be caused from being overweight and lack of diet and excersise , an being overweight can be caused by rolling down the road chugging mtn dew leading to low blood sugar and a seizure. but im no dr so i may not have a clue what im talkin about. lol

 

The brew huh? Home brew or factory made? Home brew will be alot stronger in alcohol content just be aware of this fact before you get behind the wheel just keep in mind that just because you don't feel drunk does not mean your still not over the limit in most places these days professional drivers must have .0 blood alcohol concentration so you will have to explain why there is even a whiff of alcohol on your breath if ever tested. If you only have a glass of beer you should be ok after a few hours however if your going to drink quite a few bottles of booze your best off staying clear of any vehicle for at least 18 hours or > greater.

 

Actually the best thing that happened to me. I went from making 40-45k to 70k in a 2 years span. If I saw the rat today, i would thank her. Btw, it wasn't smoking. Smoking and vaping arent the same thing, but we've managed to vilify vaping. Do I feel bad about making more money and getting the hell out of plant work, nope.

A minor correction: most home brew isn’t stronger than commercially available beer unless you brew it that way.

 

I seriously hope no one that wants to drive for a living would try to find the parameters to be under the legal BAC and drive. Best not to have any alcohol in your system and drive any vehicle.

 

Most companies I know of wouldn't want you driving with any amount of alcohol in your system. The legal liability involved in letting a driver behind the wheel when he's been drinking makes it a no win situation.
Our insurance has a no tolerance clause. If one of our drivers gets busted for alcohol...in any amount and at any level...we just bought ourselves what could be a ruinous amount of litigation. The insurance company will kiss us off and they make that very clear.
As far as "being forced to drive"...there's no way they can legally do that. It's called coercion and it's definitely actionable.

 

I recommend being EXTREMELY careful with that rule about alcohol levels. According to 40.247 (b) if you blow 0.02 or higher on an alcohol test, you will be forced to blow again under the rules set out in Subpart M and I will copy and paste what that rules says if this level is found in that 2nd test.
