I medium elephant should dress out about two Omaha prime (1200 lb) steers.
The hide will be larger and tougher, sell better down in TX to the bull riders boot makers.
Tusk should bring good money from the dental labs for making large upper bridges.
All on all; strictly for potential, elephant is the way to go.

Never had me no solid white brown squirrel; mostly gray and a few fox (red). Have to get a can to try.

Truth. Crock pots are magical. They can give you stew, tender ### country ribs, bbq, tacos, chili, etc etc etc etc. There is a lot you can do with them.

Crock pots are simple. You can pre-cut your veggies before leaving the house. Freezers are grand things. ;) Same with a bunch of meals. Do the prep work before you head out. When ready, heat it up. It's a crock pot, not a microwave. Their like low riders...low an slow.

Cooking in a truck, rv, campground, wherever, is only as difficult as you make it. I can make you tacos in a truck..skillet, or crock pot. Same with the chops. Skillet, Crock pot, foreman grill...simple, easy, and make a ton of awesome food.

Live dangerous....get a crock pot, etc and cook your own. You won't regret it, unless your a horrible cook then well, stick to fast food stuff. ;)
