Drug clearing house Bloodtest?

Speed, Meth, and Cocaine are usually out of a users system in 24-48 hours. The drug that stays in a users system the longest, and is the cause of many failed drug tests is Pot.

 

Only time I heard of blood being tested is if you refuse a breathalyzer.

 

Never heard of a random blood test. OP, we’re you involved in an accident?

 

In that case, probably checking for diabetes.

was it a dot random or pre employment?

Blood seems out of bounds to me.....

 

Clearing house was last year and it is just to report positive tests, UA is still the only DOT acceptable test as far as I know.

Clearing House is for carriers to use as they hire people. I am not even sure if a CDL holder is required to set up his account. But the way it works is that a carrier during a hiring process is supposed to run a query on a prospective driver and see if there is any drug/alcohol history. For that, the prospective driver needs to consent and he does it via his account, or perhaps if he or she does not have one there could be a different channel.
I have done the query on myself and had an instant report that had no abuse history, which is true. The Clearinghouse is up and running.
