I really don't understand why they are dragging their heels on firing him. He has broken a federal law that has been in place for over 40 years.

You will see some odd white urban usually atheist folks who proclaim that everyone will just mix into one race. When you look at the numbers anyone can see that is simply improbable.

Blacks are only 13% of society.

Blacks will be extinct long before the White population is altered in any meaningful way. This actually happened in Mexico during the 1800's, there was a large minority population of Blacks in Mexico...They simply disappeared into the Mexican gene pool.

One could argue that this judge is actually trying to save Black folks from being exterminated in a kinder gentler form of genocide.
