Some/many stores are hard to back in to and usually driver unload and put product inside store.
Some store managers will say something is missing from the load, when in reality, they just hid it from you and want you to write it up as missing. That's my personal experience.

 

I’m will turn 52 in March. Hopefully come the first of the year I will be starting with a small, 75 truck, company that will train me one on one. No contract and no fee to do so. Considered a technical college at $3000 and going with a large company paid program. After almost a year of researching I hope to make my final decision on Monday. Just waiting for a final pay package that is coming Monday from the above mentioned company.

You will find there are many ways to obtain a CDL license. Pros and cons to each one. You will have to determine what makes the most sense to you. I can tell you this, the more I researched, the more confused I became. My advice is to find a company you want to work for and go for it.

The Driver Sales Representative (DSR) External Driving School Scholarship Program provides a scholarship (up to $5,000) to attend an external driving school where you will work to complete courses to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License-A (CDL-A). As a DSR Student (E), you will work a limited number of hours as a dockworker each week while completing the external driving school. Upon successful completion of the external driving school program, you will be eligible to test to obtain a CDL-A with hazardous materials endorsements and doubles/triples endorsements; and upon meeting all other company requirements, you may be eligible for a Driver Sales Representative position.
