Hey guys I’ve been having lots of a/c problems with a brand new truck it’s past the warranty stage so no help from the dealer and taking to a dealer most likely will take days on it. So my issue is that I have no air whatsoever in the front of my truck right now winter time I keep warm by using my sleeper heater. I don’t know how my sleeper heater works but my cabin doesn’t throw anything hot nor cold! Do you guys have any idea what can it be or if you had this problem what did you do. I looked at YouTube videos but I guess the w900 is different from the t600 and others they show.

Here's an obvious question. Have you checked the breakers? It the blower fuse could have popped at some point.

Blower motor, Control box, or power to either.

Without having a defroster you are rolling around in a pretty dangerous way, and OOS with a picky inspector. Get it looked at if you do not have the mechanical talent to fix it yourself. Blower motor is around 100 bucks and an hour to change out. Control panel is going to hurt.
