Tarps, you shouldn't classify him in a category so far above his level. Would be nice to see karma come back and bite him in the arse

Ive seen this happen quite alot in my drving days, not only at truck stops but also in shippers yards.

ppl just dont realize how stupid it is to drive that fast in areas where others are walking and the amount of other truckers that are backing up and such and might just not see them in time to stop.

I was parked on the end spot in a pilot trcuk stop sleeping, when an O.O. driving a flat bed drove right over top on my cab, totaling it.He had to be going at least 30MPH,for he didnt even realize he cut the turn to sharp and could have prevented the whole thing by just going slower.

Nor to steriotype here, but Ive seen quite a few day cab drivers going way to fast in parking lotsover the years, and can not count the times one "raced me to the dock" backing up,to get there first, even when I was clearly there first,(to back up).I wind up giving in and let them back in first.

Im not about to hit anything over trying to save a few mins when trying to get there first.

Believe it or not,I seen two company drivers of the same company (which I wont say) hit each other head on because theyboth were going too fast in a parking lot and came around the corner at the same time and WHAM.

It makes no sense why ppl drive trucks so irresponsiblely.

and i care about anybodys opinion because why? Unlike you, i dont live my life to be judged by people in the desperate hope of feeling better about myself.

I drive the car i drive because of what i think. I drive for the company i drive for, because of what i choose. The clothes i wear, i choose to wear because i like them. I dont dress to impress, i dont drive a certian type of car, and i could care less about 'how much experience' i have. I take pride in my low idle, above average mpg and 100% on time performance.

You all forget, if they had internet 100 years ago, some of you drivers would show 0-1 years experience. Unless you were born with a silver shifter in your left hand (and your tic tac in your right) knowing how to drive a truck, we all started somewhere. We all looked like a newbie who didnt know how to back up. Funny how some of you drivers who think you're better than everybody else in the world because you might actually own your 20 year old truck, or because you think its cool to run with your jake brakes at 10mph slowing for the turn into the truck stop, or think you dont need to say 'thank you' to a younger "punk" holding the door open for you, forget that you and everybody else started somewhere.

Boo Hoo....you dont like i just passed you and i'm driving a swift truck...time to get over it. (yeah, that was me going 60 in a 55, and you wanting to do the speed limit)
