The guy was tired of taking it back to the dealer for emission faults. The engine I removed only had 211,345 miles on it.ibcalm19 Thanks this.

Did you have Kustom Truck in coos Bay Oregon do it for you? I purchased the engine mounts from them. I bought the wiring harness from Mawk right before he went out of business.

Same cab and wiring

Mechanic who does my engines used to make these harnesses himself but now just buys from kustom ...he said not worth the hassle playing himself

I had c16 laying in my garage for 2 years , planning to find nice 379 to restore but decided to go with aerodynamic truck for better mpg , liked 386 ...but t660 popped up ( i was looking for something with blown engine ) , didn't want to take my chances on emission stuff and have eldlester Thanks this.

I dont blame him kustom has nice parts for repowers. The truck I did was local and never goes into California. With the liberal governor of Nevada I’m sure we won’t be long until he tries to copy California.
