Need tips to negotiate rates. New Authority,

TQL will only neg when they have to move the freight. Load today going from OK to Denver CO 670 miles Picks Today and drops late next day 4K. Had it posted for 2900. Watch the board all day long and you will see what is in trouble. Then play hard ball and make them pay. If you want to run banker hours then you most likely won't win much.

 

Oh I know all about em. I'm sure you got that I was kidding. I've run exactly two loads for TQL this year and both of them were because I needed to get somewhere. I am no fan of TQL.

 

Oh course. Was just pointing out to the OP on how TQL works. I hardly ever use them as well. But when in a pinch I will if they pay the bills.

 

TQL has a terrible reputation and it must be deserved but the few loads I've pulled for them on my flat have been good paying and I find their app to be handy. I'm sure they will screw me eventually and I'll join the TQL hate party but until then I'll roll with them when it works for me.

 

Not only are they unwilling to negotiate but majority of the time they post the same loads using different cities and sometimes states.
