Greetings, hoping someone in here may know what sleeper I have here, does not look like or match any other sleepers I have seen on any petes. It came off a 94 379, narrow or small hole, and 48". Does have peterbilt wiring, but it is squared off on the back instead of the typical radius that matches the front corners. Just curious why this one is different.

@SmallPackage should be able to help out with this.

Whatever it is, I like it. Sorta reminds me of a bentz, except the front has the usual curve to it.

    SmallPackage and Dennsco Thank this.

Yea, thanks 650cat, it's different. I tried searching the webs but came up with nothing helpful and cannot find any tag or placard anywhere.

Your welcome, pretty rare. There 70” stand up version was used by Peterbilt also. You can tell it’s a Abelbody by the centered door.

Sorry l’m late. Yes. Able Manufacturing.

I have a 36” KW and 48” Able sleeper that was grafted together with a home made fiberglass top to make a double wide 70” walk in sitting up on a rack in my “junk yard”
Got it from a long time family friend that had it on a ‘68 White-WesternStar back in the 80’s.

Looks like a flat-sharp cornered kw box with a mix of both style doors and the old “steer horn” Pete top. Unique one of a kind.

    Dennsco Thanks this.
