    As I’m trying to decide what company to work for, I have a question. What kind of safety features are on the SHYSTER trucks? Will SHYSTER LOGISTICS help me pass my physical? Do they offer the best in the business training program? Will I be able to get home to see my mom ever weekend? Can I bring my service cat to training? I will probably be extremely stressed out and it calms me down to be able to pet my kitty. One last question. Will I make $100,000 my first year?

    If it helps, I can definitely start a thread for each of the questions above. Maybe it will be easier to read.

    A lot of posters are wondering about Shyster Logistics Upon your deposit of only $1500 for escrow, they will immediately assign you to one their cream puff 2008 Internationals, guaranteed to have not much more than a million miles or so on the clock. It comes preloaded with 18 gallons of fuel, just for your convenience and to show their appreciation for you picking them for your trucking career.
    If you have any complaints whatsoever concerning repairs on the truck or trailers, they assured me that they would take it under serious consideration whether to do the repair or not at their earliest convenience. What more could a driver ask for from a company?
    Their lease program is something I do not know much about. If you are interested in this, just contact Sergia. He will not talk to you in person, just texts. Something about witness protection or such.

    That was the Certified Deluxe Lodging that was only available to current experienced drivers (to qualify as experienced you had to have successfully managed to get one of their trucks out of the company dirt lot without the use of a wrecker).
    Lesser accommodations were available to newbees.....think sewer drain.

    As my overworked and underpaid marketing manager so eloquently stated no other leaseing company has the combination of fine vehicles and low cost lease programs that BYOB&CBD has put together

    How do I find out more about this BYOB&CBD Company? I really think it might be what I’m looking for. I have no experience and want to own my own truck to make a ton of money within the first 6 months.

    I hate to be the one crashing the party, but I hope BYOB&CBD has stepped up their game. As I previously stated, SHYSTER LOGISTICS is a crap company, but they throw in some great benefits to attract drivers. Just take at gander at this partial list:
    • All the water you can drink from the garden hose conveniently located at the company fuel pump.
    • A free case of genital herpes .......See Lada at reception desk for details.
    • Free Blockbuster Video membership.
    • Two .50 cent off coupons for the Real Big Meal Deal at a local fast food restaurant each and every month.
    • A state of the art maintenance facility that's slogan is "The Best Third World Inspired Diesel Repairs".
    • Their posted shop rate is "$120.00 an hour + Your Sister".
    • An emergency kit that contains a piece of paper with your wife's phone number.
    • A genuine Bolivia wrist watch so you will know when start your 18 hour clock.
    And the list goes on and on. If I post any more it will sound like I am recruiting for them.

    You're obviously a go-getter and most likely have a business sense far beyond your years. May I suggest starting out with my TRI-FECTA lease program where you and two of your closest friends can share a Freightliner Cascadia set up to sleep three courtesy of C. R. England sales..
