    Currently considering a driver. Ran his PSP report and it's completely blank? In the last 3 he has driven oil rigs 30 months and OTR for six months. Is it possible to drive all this time with no inspections

    Yes. The majority of Road Side Inspections are generated by LEO observing a moving violation or an obvious vehicle violation, while going down the road. When crossing scales they look again for obvious violations, or if the company he was driving for was on a "must inspect" list.

    I personally have gotten very lucky. I received violations after getting a level 2 inspection on two seperate occasions at scale houses.

    Neither incident ever showed up on my psp report.
