Starting in Jan. 2121 their changing the pay scale to an hourly wage, i think it`s $26hr. Which is not much money to haul fuel.
All their truck`s will have driver facing camera`s too.Last edited: Dec 30, 2020

Is this position usually fixed days off or does it rotate so you actually get a weekend off occasionally. And does it take forever to get off of night shift?
-
Most schedule`s work Tuesday-Saturday off Sunday & Monday. Or Sunday-Thursday then be off Friday & Saturday.
Some location`s have a 4 day work schedule, work Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday & then be off three days. You get a dollar more per hour ($27)to work this shift.RockinChair, HiramKingWilliams and Jpmpagan Thank this. -
So the pay change will happen to all locations?
-
Yes it is at all locations. And starts on 1-6.RockinChair and Jpmpagan Thank this.
-
So 26 an hour and how many hours do you usually work a week and do they pay time and half? appreciate the info thanksExit310 Thanks this.
-
Yes time and half after 40. And I average 55 hours a week working 5 days.RockinChair, Exit310, HiramKingWilliams and 1 other person Thank this.

Going to be interesting though , some driver`s make 80-90k with the current pay scale. Not sure if we will make that kind of money getting paid by the hour. Driver`s working 60 hours a week might cause Gemni to rethink about this, idk.
-
I do think if its 55 hours on average paid by the load is better going off 55 hours a week thats 78,000 gross but that's not counting safety bonuses and working maybe 1 more day in a week.

$84,500/yr for 55 hrs/week sounds pretty good to me.
RockinChair and Jpmpagan Thank this.
