Need job offer letter for this
Hi Said,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m so sorry to hear about this situation. I am happy to reach out to USCIS and request expedite review of your application. USCIS has strict criteria for requests like this, and if you have a letter from your employer that you would be able to immediately start work upon receiving your new work permit, that should be sufficient to get them to expedite your case. Please let me know if you have any questions at this time.
Sincerely,
Need a job offer letter

I don't understand this post.Badmon and firemedic2816 Thank this.

Do you want a trucking company to sponsor you for a US work visa? Why else would you be interested in dealing with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services(USCIS)?
-
Consulate or embassy officer may check it and deny you visa, blacklisted you, push for criminal charges against the letter issuer.
Oddu Rome and firemedic2816 Thank this. -
The email was send to me from an attorney, immigration attorney.

for what crime . This is from America within America should I say. So there is no Embassy or a consultant to deal with.

You're right, job letter would be nicer in this case. Is like chicken or the egg thing. In fact, immigration aspect criteria exist applicant must demonstrate alien is employeable to qualify for work paper.
better way to demonstrate someone is employeable is to obtain job or job offered letter . Technically company cannot hire somebody working without work paper otherwise they would face felony crime criminal charge. But they can write job offer letter.
It's like a layer of onions one issue over other. -
Not for sponsorship but renewal of existing status
. If company is like a country can sponsor any refugee. I'd be like can I be sponsored by the country of Swift lol

You need to ask whatever you’re trying to ask on an immigration forum.
I was under the impression that only certain types of jobs are eligible for employer sponsored immigration, and truck driving doesn’t sound like something that should be included.
