    The p+d guys loved it, had nothing bad to say and recommended that I submit an app, they both were 15+ year guys. The dedicated account not so much. The biggest complaint was the pay because me and this one dedicated driver were stuck at a lumber yard for over an hour trying to get unloaded and he was not getting paid for waiting.

    Yea I'm the same way. When I'm sitting for extended period of time I'm not being paid for it. I guess you can only hope you get high miles each day to even it out.

    Curious about A Duie Pyle retirement plan. The defined contribution pension plan, does Pyle fund that account or is that the employee putting money into that? I know we have a 401k too but was curious about that defined pension plan.
