that way, i can go and buy MORE guns AND ammo.....

then too, frankly, i'd never trust anyone else. especially when "they said" they fixed the leaking roof, or the wiring, or trash pick ups, etc,etc.

or that old saying, "you want something done right, you have to do it yourself"

 

I'm too lazy to do it myself. I have better things to attend to. My wife deals with the management company and I think the fee is 7%. We never talk to the renters or even see them. They don't call us, they call the management company. One rents for $2000 monthly and the management company gets $140 fee so we clear $1860 per month. That's just the cost of doing business, as with any business, there's costs involved before profit.
Well worth it; can relax, take vacations, etc. without interruption.

Oh..and what about the people Refusing to pay rent because of the plannedemic? Some states say you Can't Evict them .

My guess is, deadbeats probably didn't have a credit check or background check done.

I don’t think you know what you’re talking about you can’t have a regional job offer from fed ex freight they don’t have regional positions even there line haul drivers go home every day.A regional job has to be fed ex ground which you will be working for a contractor not fed ex ground
