If I find a vehicle parked here at BYOB&CBD world headquarters that I'm not familiar with, I will assume it was gifted to me. Large cars prefered but I'll settle for anything. And BTW, there will be no towing charges incurred. That should make everyone happy.

Given a real world choice between getting fired or accepting a deduction to cover a fine THAT WAS MY FAULT, of course I accepted the deduction.

Sorry guys, an employer can’t take wages for issues like this, they are stuck with the bill in almost all states.
on top of that, even if there is clause in the employment contract for deductions, it has to be very specific to any deduction, can not have ambiguity in the clause. -
Yeah, and what are you going to do about it, especially if you live in a different state?
