It seems like I've seen a thread on this long ago. If you are a small carrier or O/O is there a way to find out if there are any negative reviews on you?
I understand they might be in more than one place, and certainly internal with any specific brokerage. My question is basically, if I've gotten in to a spat with a certain broker and I'm wondering if they put out a negative review where would I see it? Carrier411 says carriers cannot set up an account, even to look. Would they be on DAT/Truckstop or anywhere else specifically?
I guess I should add that I'm an angel to work with and every day is like floating on a cloud and I never have disagreements with anyone. You know, asking for a friend.

So I got the info I was looking for but if some brokers are willing to share a little more where is this information shared, or is it? I'm sure most bigger brokerages have notes on each carrier, good and bad, within their systems. Is this pretty much all brokers?
Also, drivers, for instance, have forums like this where lots is shared. Are there other places we wouldn't think of than Carrier411? Just wondering how it all works. -
What you didn't see on Carrier411(because there was nothing there)is all the related info to your phone#, address, ect to another company(s)
Can't think of anyone that doesn't keep some sort of info on the carriers, just like driver do for brokers.
There are "broker only" groups, but most discussions there devolve into nothing. -
you cant please everone all the time. bound to get into an impossible situation. nature of the buisness. truckers and trucks are treated like a roll of toilet paper, just tear off what u need.
diffuse and avoid any crap sling situations...sorry sir i cant take your load the torque screw is loose on the truck. -
Do brokers also keep track of what your average rate per mile works out to ?
I heard a rumor that if you haul cheap freight all the time, you get pegged as a guy that is a pushover in negotiationsMidwest Trucker and D.Tibbitt Thank this.
