I was with a company from 10/23/07 to 01/28/08.
This company only reported to d.a.c for 2 months in the beginning of my bein there.so now i have 13months un-accounted for.
Now i am having a serious problem because no other company will talk to me after seeing my d.a.c report.
It is supposedly a 30 days or under thing to solve but i dont have the money to stay un-employed for that long.
I guess what im asking is ,does any one know of a quicker way to fix this,or might i have a law suit to push on to the company.
Thanks for the input and advice in advice!
need help please!!!!!!

Don't you have pay records, tax forms etc. that can prove your period of employment?
-
Those dates add up to three months not thirteen. And I'm confused your missing thirteen months of what work history.Got any of your old settlement sheets they would prove length of employment.
If they are telling you it is something in the DAC you need to check what it is.Under reporting time of employment is most likely not the issue as that can be independently verified outside of DAC.

We're left to assume a lot here.
Was this your first job ? Did they train you ??
If so, time spent training generally is not included on your DAC as experience. Especially solo experience. -
Thanks Tazz for that useful info. I haven't started driving A yet but I drove B for years and I'm curious if there is a DAC report on me.
